How To Open Photoshop (.PSD) Files Onto Paint Shop Pro’s Workspace! Import Brushes From Other Paint Shop Pro Versions And ABR (Photoshop Brush) File Notes!
1/ Navigate To Paint Shop Pro’s Main Programme Files First, open Paint Shop Pro: then open a Picture Frame onto Paint Shop Pro’s workspace. To do this, from Windows Task Bar, click Start, then click My Computer. Now, locate and double-left-click the drive where Windows main files are located; for example, Boot C. Then locate and double-left-click the Programme Files folder. Now, locate and double-left-click either Corel’s, or JASC’s folder, depending on your version of Paint Shop Pro, and locate your version’s Picture Frames - or Frames folder, (as illustrated below): then left-click to open the folder. Once inside your Picture Frames folder, scroll the Picture Frame files, and double-left-click your choice: your Picture Frame will then open onto Paint Shop Pro’s workspace.

Alternatively, locate and right-click your choice of Picture Frame, as illustrated below: and from the subsequent drop-down list, choose Open With. Then click your version of Paint Shop Pro.

Note If you prefer, you can Copy and Paste - or simply drag and drop your Picture Frame/Picture Tube file onto Paint Shop Pro’s workspace.
Alternatively, you are welcome to download the Tear Denim Picture Frame I am working with Here. Unzip the file and open the Transparent Picture Frame onto Paint Shop Pro’s workspace.
Tip Expand your Image’s workspace by double-left-clicking its top menu-bar. If you have a Scroll Mouse, you can zoom into and out of your image by moving its central scroll wheel.
After you have opened your Picture Frame - or Picture Tube onto Paint Shop Pro’s workspace, you are ready for the next step.
2/ From the top menu, choose File then choose Save as - and you will see the following Save As dialogue box.
Now, click open the Save in tab, and ensure you are saving your Picture Frame to a familiar folder - for example, a folder located in My Documents, as illustrated above. Then, click open the Save as type tab, and locate and left-click to highlight PSD Photoshop (*.psd) - (highlighted in red below).
Then click Save.
Your Picture Frame (or Picture Tube), has now been saved as a .psd file, making it compatible with Photoshop; and can now be opened onto Photoshop’s workspace by opening Photoshop in the usual way.
